Food & Drink Festival

September 11th and 12th 2010

This will be the 3rd Food and Drink Festival delivered by BID Leamington and aims to bring new customers into town while showcasing all we have to offer.

Stalls are allocated on the following basis

1st priority is given to BID Leamington levy payers who can exhibit for free, then other Leamington businesses followed by regional producers and then anyone from outside the area.

The taste trail is hugely popular with customers and a fantasic way of moving people around the town and past & into your business. We will only be able to deliver the trail this year if restaurants are willing to participate. We will soon be sending out booking forms for both the festival and the taste trail so please save the date and we look forward to seeing you at the event.

Voucher Book

Each year the Food and Drink Festival attracts thousands of new visitors to the town. To capitalise on these visitors and to encourage them to spend more time in the town or to come back again, we will be producing a book of vouchers.

25,000 booklets will be produced each similar to a cheque book. Customers will have to tear out each page to redeem the offer in the participating retailers.

The books will be available in store, at the food and drink festival and will also be handed out in town at the beginning of September.

Lights in the BID area are funded by BID Leamington.

The installation of the lights is managed jointly between the BID and the Town Centre Partnership

The switch on event is delivered by the Town Centre Partnership

The installation, deinstallation and storage of all the lights together with the scheme outside the BID area is funded by Leamington Town Council, Warwick District Council and Sketts.
