I believe that Leamington has the potential to really prosper. I believe that my artistic ability, 23 years experience in retail and my enthusiastic approach to BID Leamington make me a fabulous candidate!!
I am an approachable person and feel it is important that my people skills would be used to support and represent other retailers, so that we all benefit.
I can help sell Leamington as a lifestyle that will make it a premier destination!!

I have been in retailing for the last 38 years, 20 of them owning my own business in Leamington. I have also been a business property owner in Leamington. I feel that I have a good insight into the problems of running an independent retail business in the town. Therefore with the knowledge I have gained over the years I will be able to give invaluable input and advice as to how the funds raised are apportioned.

• My independent family business has been established in Leamington Spa for 28 years, I have been proprietor for 18

• I am currently a consultant to Interflora working directly with the executive.
• Worked on consultancy with British Florists Association, BBC, Holland Flowers Council, F and PA, RHS and independent Florists
• Experienced in generating PR for Sarah Horne Flowers both locally and Nationally, recently in the Independent 50 best florists list, as well as working on several marketing projects through my consultancy
• Experienced presenter working as an international demonstrator(in July I will be presenting to 1200 florists in Chicago for AIFD)
• Double Chelsea Gold medallist

I have been involved in working with the Retail Sector, Local Authority, Town Centre Management Scheme and the local Chamber of Trade within my role as a Shopping Centre Manager over the past 8 years here in Leamington Spa.

I understand fully the role that the BID company will play in delivering promotions and events for Royal Leamington Spa and also the responsibility that the board will have ensuring that these events encompass the needs and aspirations of all business's not just a certain few.

I have also an understanding of how the commercial property industry works as part of my role here at Royal Priors.
